The original request to build these ammo box guitars came at the OGRI Biker Festival a few years ago as "a metallic 3-string to strap to a Harley". This box is courtesy of Terry in Bicester. Big hollow box gives plenty of resonance .Plays well acoustically also. We have the usual 2 strips of oak, sapekle fretboard and a nice shiny Humbucker. 56cm scale and strings at gauge .42mm, .32mm and .22mm. Nice carry handle also. Get a slide, get a Harley and get playing.
